Happiness Is the Secret to Manifesting

Thanks for subscribing to The Bric a Brac Shop – portal to the paranormal and spiritual.

Have you thought what is the main component to manifesting or to the Law of Attraction, or The Secret? Apart from intention, I feel it is Happiness. Happiness also has some major benefits. Health wise, and also makes you feel good.

Of course it helps if you can do something to make you happy as Happiness is a by product, as I discuss in this week’s episode. There are a few ways to get yourself happy. Once you’re happy, you’re vibrations are also in a higher state and then it is easier to manifest and attract the things that you desire.

I’m currently in a happy state as my book has just been published on Amazon. The ‘Little Book of Manifesting’. Looking at the many different ways to manifest. I’ve included some of my experiences and my methods.

There is a Kindle version, and a special paperback edition printed in an ‘Old World’ style of booklet to create that special experience while reading it. It’s available from your local Amazon Store and just in time for Christmas!

On my recent trip to the west coast of England I visited Weston Super Mare, a coastal seaside town. Eighteen miles from Bristol. Originally a village which grew into a town with the popularity of the sun and sea in the 1800s, as well as the help of modern transport.

Through the years, it’s developed its sources of paranormal. Some, it’s developed along the way with the Old Pier and The Toll Toad and the Ghost Driver, some that could have been there for years like at the forest. Then some, that could be a natural occurrence like at the hospital.

I had a quick visit at all these places.

Animal Sprit Experiences

Do animals have spirits or souls? Do they go on after death? Very little is mentioned on animal spirits. However, I came across this book, ‘I Don’t Want Another Pet Right Now’ by Terri Wilson which is a charmer. Though it starts on the blocks people have about getting another pet after losing them, it is a lovely story of her relationship with her pets. What really impressed me was her spiritual relationship with them and the experiences she had.

It’s Thanksgiving time, when the Americans get together and have a meal to give thanks for what they have. A tradition that goes back to the founding settlers. However, it is a tradition that goes even further back.

It is also a practice that is good for the mind and body. It elevates the chemicals in the brain. It releases serotonin and dopamine that has positive results on the body. Also raises the vibrations that help to put you in a higher state and helps to aid in manifesting.

Thanksgiving shouldn’t be for just one day of the year but practiced as gratitude all year through becoming a way of life.

The Mystery of the Veiled Lady of Bristol

The Veiled Lady in Bristol. Lots of people think she’s eerie. Definitely mysterious. What’s her story?

The is a building in Bristol, now the Mugshot restaurant. It was built in 1868 with four heads on the front. Three men and a woman. At the time a popular building style to have heads on buildings. However the woman wears a veil or a shroud! Why?

Some say she represent Autumn and they represent the four seasons. But the do the young men depict Spring and Summer? Why is she veiled though?

Maybe the reason is lost in Time? If you know the building, have any ideas, do let us know.

A Most Haunted and Historical Pub In Bristol

There are quite a few haunted pubs around town, and the older they are seems to be place where more spirits have moved in over the years. The Llandoger Trow pub in Bristol is one such pub. Opened in 1664. Not only is it inhabited by fifteen ghosts, it was also a well know pub frequented by many famous characters like Blackbeard the pirate, and writers like Daniel Defoe and Robert Louis Stevenson, and Alexander Selkirk, that the novel Robinson Crusoe is based on.
